Goods once sold will not be taken back.
Warranty claims are limited for a period of 1 Year or 500 Hrs. of running whichever is earlier.
Any loss or damages arising due to use /misuse, directly or indirectly of product will be the sole responsibility of the user. Company is not accountable to pay any damages. Maximum claim limited up to invoice value, excluding GST / Taxes.
Warranty is confined to first purchase of the product only and is Not Transferable.
Our Company sells Directly to consumers (B to C) & do not Authorize re-sale to Second party
On sight services are not applicable to our Gensets because all our products are portable in nature, as it can be transported, even in smallest car.
Any free Services / Warranty Services can be availed at our Dehradun and New Delhi workshops.
It is mandatory and sole responsibility of the customer / User to routinely change Engine Oil and clean air filter (as per owner manual / web video link / or help from Customer Care) by himself or through Generator mechanic.
